Operating Library was founded by Benjamin Fowler, founder of Fowler Partners and Conducting AI. Benjamin works at the intersection of AI strategy, operating model design and organisational change, advising boards and management teams in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
The libraries build on the operating-model and SOP work he developed at Conducting AI, and on what consultants need before a first discovery workshop: a clear view of how the business works, and a way to make it the client’s own.
