What is Operating Library?
Operating Library gives consultants, AI agencies and transformation teams a structured reference for how an industry typically works. Each edition connects departments, workflows and detailed SOPs to help you prepare discovery, examine handoffs and adapt procedures to your client’s business.
What’s inside an SOP?
Each SOP explains the purpose of the work, responsible roles, typical systems, trigger, steps and expected outcome. It also describes what finished work looks like, why the work matters, rules to follow and how to handle exceptions.
How can an AI agency use it?
Use the library to understand the work before deciding what to automate. Examine triggers, handoffs, systems, decisions and exceptions, then validate them with the client. This helps you identify automation opportunities and define where human judgement and approval are still needed.
Does it replace discovery with my client?
No. It provides an industry reference to test against the organisation. Confirm how work actually happens through interviews, observation and existing documents. Adapt the roles, systems, steps and exceptions before using a procedure operationally.
Can I adapt it for multiple clients?
Yes. Your licence allows unlimited client engagements, with no user or client caps. Clients do not need a separate licence. You may adapt the material as part of your work for them, but cannot resell it as a standalone SOP product, template pack or competing library.
Can I see a complete SOP before buying?
Yes. Each available industry page includes a complete sample SOP you can read on screen. You can also request five sample SOPs from an available industry by email to assess the format and level of detail before choosing a licence.
How are the SOPs produced and checked?
The libraries are developed with AI assistance and organised into a consistent industry reference model. We check document structure, completeness and formatting. These checks do not establish that every procedure is correct for every business. Validate the content with the client and involve qualified specialists where the work requires it.
Do I need a subscription to keep using the library?
No. Your upfront purchase gives permanent client-use rights to the supplied versions. You can continue using them without membership. Ten and Complete also retain their included first-release rights for upcoming editions. Membership is optional and pays for later content releases.
